Hula Girl NFT aims to create an ecosystem for spreading the message of ALOHA through art and wellness. Our main objective at Hi-Mana Studios is to spread ALOHA spirit to all beings and our beautiful Mother Earth and to encourage individuals to show ALOHA to themselves and each other. We engage in this effort with every Action, Word and Energy we project into the community. It is our A.W.E., our Conscious Positivity.
About the Artist…
Jacqueline Kealoha Ford has been drawing, painting and printmaking tropical imagery since her career began. She danced Hula and Tahitian Ori for many years. The Hula Girls NFT project is a merging of her passions for Art, Hula and Hawaii coming together!
She was a UCB Golden Bear and UH Manoa Rainbow while working towards her B.A. and M.F.A. in traditional Fine Arts.
Today Jacqueline is a single mother with a 6 yr. old hula dancer in tow. She has been teaching and promoting creativity during her 25 yr. career in Bay Area communities and Cal State East Bay University.
As a hapa girl with roots in Hanapepe, Kaui and Honolulu, Oahu, this project is a natural fit and she is thrilled to be creating it!
